¶ Fault Phenomenon:
When starting a print or running the screen exposure test, the fan does not spin, and the air purifier fan also fails to spin normally.
¶ Fault Causes:
- Loose connection
- Abnormal signal output from the motherboard
- Machine configuration file has been incorrectly modified
- Fan is damaged
¶ Troubleshooting Steps:
The printer is configured so that the air purifier fan activates only while the machine is printing. Therefore, the air purifier fan will not spin immediately after the printer is powered on.
¶ 1. Check whether the air purifier connector is recessed

¶ 2. Check whether the connector is loose
a. Turn off the power switch and unplug the adapter.
b. Use a 2.0mm hex screwdriver to remove the four screws securing the rear cover, then remove the rear cover.

c. Check whether the air purifier connector is loose, and reconnect the air purifier connector.

¶ 3. Check the motherboard port
Use a multimeter to check whether the air purifier port has a 5V output voltage.
- If there is no voltage, the motherboard is damaged and needs to be replaced.
- If there is voltage, the air purifier fan is damaged and needs to be replaced.
