After turning on the printer power switch, the touchscreen does not light up.
Inserting a USB drive before powering on the printer may cause the mainboard to read abnormally, resulting in the touchscreen failing to light up. Please remove the USB drive and restart the printer power.

a. Turn off the printer power switch and unplug the power cord.

b. Reinstall the touchscreen connector and ensure the threaded ring is fully tightened.

b. Use the 2.0 mm hex screwdriver to remove the eight screws securing the back of the touchscreen.

c. Check whether the ribbon cable and connector are loose, then reconnect them firmly.

b. Check whether the mainboard power supply voltage is set correctly.
The mainboard power supply is located on the right side of the printer. Be sure to turn off the printer power switch and unplug the power cord before performing any operations.
Setting the wrong voltage may cause the printer touchscreen to fail to light up and may even damage the power supply.

d. Use a multimeter to check whether the mainboard power supply has 24V output.

Manually move the extruder quickly in the Y direction and check whether the touchscreen lights up.
