¶ Fault Causes:
- Router signal is too weak
- WiFi band compatibility issue
- Loose antenna causing poor signal
- Special characters in WiFi name or password
- MAC address filtering / Firewall blocking
- WiFi module hardware failure
¶ Troubleshooting Steps:
¶ 1. Touchscreen cannot connect to WiFi
a. Ensure the printer and router are not too far apart. A weak router signal may prevent the printer from connecting to WiFi.
b. If the router supports both 2.4G and 5G bands, please connect to the 2.4G network first. The 2.4G network has better anti-interference capability.
c. Use your phone to create a mobile hotspot, and try connecting the printer to the mobile hotspot via the touchscreen. Check whether the printer can successfully connect to the mobile hotspot.
- If the connection is successful, the router settings need adjustment. Please ensure the WiFi name or password contains no special characters, ensure the firewall is not blocking the machine's MAC address, and ensure the router signal is stable.
- If the connection is still unsuccessful, please check whether the WiFi module antenna connection is loose. Remove and reinstall the WiFi antenna.

- If the printer still cannot connect to the mobile hotspot after reinstalling the WiFi antenna, it is recommended to replace the WiFi module.
¶ 2. Slicing software cannot find or connect to the printer
a. Please check whether the printer and computer are on the same local network.
b. Please check the computer network settings and set the Network profile to Private.

c. Check whether the motherboard has sufficient storage space. Delete unnecessary files, or click Format to delete all files on the motherboard storage.

d. Temporarily disable the computer firewall for testing.
