The print is interrupted, and an error message pops up on the touchscreen: "Error! Printing file data exception!"

¶ Fault Causes:
- USB drive is damaged
- File is corrupted
- Motherboard USB port is faulty
¶ Tools Required for Troubleshooting:
- USB drive formatted as FAT32 with a storage capacity of less than 16GB
¶ Troubleshooting Steps:
¶ 1. Format the USB drive
Please ensure the USB drive is formatted as FAT32. Alternatively, try another USB 2.0 series USB drive with a capacity below 16GB.

¶ 2. Print a test file
Please print the test file from the USB drive to test. If the test file has been removed from the USB drive, download the test file from the link below:
https://download.elegoo.com/04 LCD Printer/14 Mars 4 Max/Printing Test/Pre-sliced Test Model.goo
- If printing the USB test file also results in the same error, then the motherboard needs to be replaced.
- If printing the USB test file does not result in the same error, then the previously printed file is corrupted. Please reload the model file into the slicing software and re-slice it.
