¶ Fault Phenomenon:
When running the screen exposure test, the optical engine cannot project the ELEGOO logo pattern, and no pattern is displayed on the glass.

¶ Possible Fault Causes:
- Abnormal motherboard signal
- Abnormal optical drive board signal
- Loose connection
- Optical engine damage
¶ Tools Required for Troubleshooting:
2.0mm hex screwdriver
¶ Troubleshooting Steps:
¶ 1. Check the power supply specifications
Please ensure you are using the original 12V power adapter. If a 24V adapter is used, it may damage the driver board.
¶ 2. Check for loose connectors
a. Turn off the printer power switch and unplug the adapter.
b. Remove the screws at the marked positions below and open the printer casing.

c. Check whether the connectors at the marked positions are loose, and reconnect the corresponding connectors.

- If the same issue persists after completing steps 1–2, the optical drive board needs to be replaced.
