¶ Fault Phenomena:
- The actual travel distance of the motor is less than or greater than the set value.
- Noise occurs during motor operation (e.g., "piercing screeching," "dull rumbling," "metal grinding sound"
¶ Fault Causes:
- An incorrect version of firmware has been updated.
- The Z motor parameters in the firmware have been modified incorrectly.
- Lead screw wear.
¶ Tools Required for Troubleshooting:
- 2.0mm hex screwdriver
¶ Troubleshooting Steps:
¶ 1. Check for play between the Z-axis lead screw and the anti-backlash nut
a. Turn off the power switch and unplug the adapter.
b. Manually shake the lead screw to check if it wobbles.

If the lead screw wobbles, tighten the screws securing the anti-backlash nut and the lead screw motor.

If the lead screw still wobbles after tightening the screws, then the anti-backlash nut and lead screw motor need to be replaced.
¶ 2. Check whether the motor has a deviation
a. Plug in the adapter and turn on the printer power switch.
b. Remove the build plate and resin vat.
c. Use the touchscreen to control the Z-axis to move 50mm, and check whether there is a deviation in the actual travel distance of the printer.

- If there is a deviation between the actual travel distance and the set distance of the Z-axis, then the firmware needs to be re-updated.
