The temperature sensor of the heated bed is disconnected.
The cable of the heated bed temperature sensor is loose or damaged.
The heated bed or motherboard is damaged.
Turn the power switch OFF (symbol "〇") and unplug the power supply cable.
Remove the lid.

Loosen the ten screws securing the bottom cover with a 2.0 mm Allen key.

Reconnect the heated bed temperature sensor cable on the motherboard and check the pins of the connector.

Plug in the power supply cable and turn the power switch ON (symbol "|").
If the error code disappears, it indicates that the issue has been solved.
If the error code still occurs, refer to Step 2 for further troubleshooting.
Check the heated bed temperature and chamber temperature on the touch screen.
Turn the power switch OFF (symbol "〇") and unplug the power supply cable.
Insert the chamber temperature sensor cable into the heated bed temperature sensor port.

Plug in the power supply cable and turn the power switch ON (symbol "|").
Observe the chamber temperature on the touch screen.
If the chamber temperature shown on the touch screen is abnormal, it indicates that the heated bed is damaged and needs to be replaced.
If the chamber temperature shown on the touch screen is normal, it indicates that the motherboard is damaged and needs to be replaced.
