¶ Issue Description
The filament fails to be loaded into the tool head.
¶ Reasons

The PTFE tube is not installed correctly.

The gears of the CANVAS are slipping.
¶ Troubleshooting Steps
¶ Step 1 Check whether the PTFE tube is installed correctly.

Turn the power switch OFF (symbol "|").

Remove the lid.

Check whether the both ends of the PTFE tube are correctly installed.
Note: If any end of the PTFE tube is not installed correctly, the filament cannot feed properly into the tool head.

If the PTFE tube is not installed correctly, re-install both ends of the PTFE tube.

If the PTFE tube is installed correctly, refer to Step 2 for further troubleshooting.
¶ Step 2 Check whether the feeding channel gear of the CANVAS can function properly.

Insert the filament into the upper end of the abnormal CANVAS feeding channel.

Pull out the filament from the lower end and check whether the filament is worn.
- If there are no signs of wear, it indicates that the gears of the feeding channel are slipping and needs to be replaced with a new one.
