Turn the power switch OFF (symbol "〇") and unplug the power supply cable.

Remove the lid.

Remove the front cover of the tool head.

Loosen the screws securing the hotend with a 2.5 mm Allen key and remove the hotend.

Re-plug the hotend thermistor cable.

If the error code disappears, it indicates that the issue has been resolved.

If the error code still occurs after re-plugging, it indicates that the hotend thermistor is damaged and needs to be replaced.
