a. Turn off the power switch and unplug the power cord

c. Use the 2.0mm hex screwdriver to remove the ten screws securing the bottom cover, then take off the bottom panel

d. Loosen the two screws securing the Z synchronous belt tensioner

e. Use pliers to remove the spring

f. Remove the upper-left Z synchronous belt

g. Press down on the heated bed to ensure that the three Z-axis fixing blocks are flush with the bottom of the chassis

h. After completing the adjustment, restore the Z synchronous belt and Z synchronous belt tensioner to their original positions. Do not install the bottom panel yet.
a. Place the printer on its side and manually pull the belt to raise the heated bed

b. Place a sheet of A4 paper between the nozzle and the heated bed, and move the tool head to the center of the heated bed

d. Fine-tune the belt to ensure there is resistance when pulling the A4 paper, but the paper is not scratched by the nozzle

e. Move the tool head to each of the four corners of the heated bed in turn, and adjust the tightness of the lock nuts beneath the heated bed by pulling the A4 paper. Repeat this step 2–3 times to ensure the entire heated bed remains level.
Slowly move the tool head, continuously pull the A4 paper. If the A4 paper cannot be pulled, turn the lock nut clockwise to increase the distance between the heated bed and the nozzle. Forcibly moving the tool head may scratch the PEI sheet

Turn the lock nut clockwise to increase the distance between the nozzle and the heated bed

Turn the lock nut counterclockwise to reduce the distance between the nozzle and the heated bed

f. After completing the above adjustments, perform auto-leveling calibration again via the touchscreen: Settings > Calibration > Auto Leveling.
