If your printer has optional accessories installed, such as CANVAS or an enclosure, follow the steps related to those parts.
- 2.0 mm Hex Screwdriver
- Phillips Screwdriver (Cross-head)
- New Cutter Detection Board

- Turn off the printer power switch and unplug the power cord.

- Remove the top cover.

- Open the tool head front cover, disconnect the model cooling fan connector, then remove the front cover.

- Remove the four screws securing the tool head housing and take off the housing.

¶ Disconnect the Cutter Detection Board and Hotend Components
- Disconnect the cutter detection board connector.

- Remove the two screws securing the hotend.

- Disconnect the 3010 fan connector.

- Use the 2.0 mm hex screwdriver to remove the screws securing the throat fan.

- Use the Phillips screwdriver to remove the two screws securing the cutter detection board, then remove the old board.

- Take out the new cutter detection board and position it correctly, aligning the holes with the bracket.

- Tighten the two screws to secure the new cutter detection board.

- Reinstall the throat fan assembly in its original position and secure it with the 2.0 mm hex screwdriver.

- Reconnect the throat fan connector.

- Reinstall the hotend in its original position and tighten the two hotend fixing screws using a 2.5 mm hex screwdriver.

- Reconnect the cutter detection board connector to the corresponding port.

- Reinstall the tool head housing.

- Tighten the four screws securing the tool head housing.

- Reinstall the model cooling fan and reconnect its connector.

- Reinstall the tool head front cover.

Plug in the power cord and turn on the power switch.

On the touchscreen, select Unload for any filament channel and confirm that the cutter operates normally (filament is cut successfully and unloading completes).
The cutter detection board replacement is now complete.
