¶ Issue Description
After installing CANVAS on Centauri Carbon, the "Printhead-Anomaly Detected" error occurs.
¶ Possible Causes
- The Centauri Carbon firmware has not been updated to a version compatible with CANVAS.
- The installed tool head communication board is an old hardware version and needs to be replaced with the new version after installing CANVAS.

¶ 1. Check the Firmware
After installing CANVAS on Centauri Carbon, the printer requires compatible firmware. The firmware must be version 1.44 or above to support CANVAS multi-color printing. The slicing software must also be updated to the latest version.
¶ 2. Check Whether the Tool Head Communication Board Is the New Version
- Use a 2.0 mm Allen key to remove the three screws securing the tool head back cover, then remove the back cover.
- Check whether the tool head communication board is the new version.
