When the printer is powered on, the motor shaft does not rotate and remains static.
Using the lint-free cloth, clean the surface of Z-axis lead screw.
If the motor operates normally, the problem is resolved.
Re-plug the motor connection cables. Make sure the cables are secured and tightened.
If the motor operates normally, the problem is resolved.
If the motor still cannot rotate, replace the old motor with a new one.
If the motor operates normally, the problem is resolved.
If the backlash nut is worn, replace it with a new one.
If the motor operates normally, the problem is resolved.
If spring wire is knotted or tangled, adjust it or replace it with a new one.
When the motor-driven mechanisms, such as ball screws or trapezoidal screws, execute linear motion, the difference between actual travel distance and the pre-set distance is large. For instance, the pre-set distance is 10 mm, while the actual movement is only 6 mm (under-travel) or exceeds 14 mm (over-travel).
Manually shake the build plate and check for the lead screw clearance. If the lead screw is worn, replace it with a new one.
Manually measure the lifting distance using a tape measure or ruler to determine whether there is a significant error.
Check whether the .gcode configuration file has been mistakenly flashed, and if there is an error, replace it with the correct configuration file.
