When you power on the printer, it does not turn on or respond and the UI is always off.

Step 1 Check the main switch.
Make sure the main switch of the outlet has power.
Step 2 Test the whether the outlet is supplying power normally.
Using other electrical appliances, test whether the outlet works normally.
Step 1 Check the connection of the power supply cable.
Replug the power supply cable. Make sure the cable connection is secured and is not damaged.
Step 1 Check the power switch.
Make sure the power switch ON (symbol "I").
Step 1 Check the power adapter.
Using a power adapter of the same or higher specifications, observe the status of the power indicator light.
Step 1 Check the inner circuit.
Verify that the internal cables and connectors are secure and undamaged.
Step 1 Check the condition of the motherboard and the cables connection.


Step 2 Check the indicator lights of the motherboard.
Step 3 Check the voltage at the power supply ports on the motherboard.
NOTE: Only personnel with electrical experience can perform this operation.


If the output voltage is unstable, replace the power adapter with another one.
Step 1 Reconnect the cable between the touchscreen and the motherboard.
Make sure the installation direction is correct.

Step 2 Inspect the touchscreen surface.
Observe whether there is any damage or resin leakage.

If the firmware is corrupted or missing, download the firmware from the official website and update it.
Otherwise, contact the ELEGOO Support Team for the according firmware.
Step 3 Use extra touchscreen or touchscreen ribbon cable for test.
If extra parts such as touchscreen or touchscreen flex cable, are available, you can replace the touchscreen or flex cable with a new one to verify whether the firmware is abnormal.
